Wippy on a Comic Strip!

The geeky Wippy Bunny that everyone loves and hates looks like it’s been around for awhile!  Apparently it’s a plush doll from a line of dolls called the Ugly Doll Collection—a pet project of creator David Horvath and his girlfriend, who sews them.

It made an appearance in the comics below.  See that pink bunny?

Take Care of Your Lens

The eyelid is one of the most important parts of our body.  That's because it protects one of the most important tools we have, our eyes.  It's the same way with the camera lenses we use--if we don't take care of it--our camera goes blind.

Here are ways to take care of your camera lens:

Remove Dust and Dirt.  Any foreign particle no matter how small can affect the way light enters your camera.  Light is information so a dirty dusty lens results to less information on your photos.  Light strokes using a microfiber lens cloth will help.  For extra rigid dirt formations, go for a cleaning solution.
Scratches.  Are something best prevented.  When they're there, they're there and they wond go away.  Minimize scratches by using a polarizing filter or a UV filter to physically protect the glass.

Impact.  Handle those lenses like your own offspring our they'll never be the same again after you drop them.  Keep track of your lenses, place them inside a camera bag that keeps them strapped in and always protect your camera in cases where you're in an action packed setting.

Water.  H2O may seem harmless but it can kill your lens.  Electronic lenses can easily get damaged and particulates inside the water can react to the elements of your lens.  sure, water can dry out but it'll leave a dry spot inside your lens you won't be able to clean.  Use a rain hood, acclimatize your camera when moving from settings that have drastic differences in temperatures and use silica gel when you're storing it.

Easy Camera Tips for Beginners

Half Press the Shutter
You can drastically improve the reactions of your camera if you hold the shutter button half-pressed if you frame the shot. This gives the camera a moment to focus and adjust itself to the conditions, so when you push it down fully it can almost snap instantly.

Explore Scene Modes
Why not spend some time exploring the scene modes of your digital camera?  You’re not getting more bang for your buck if you’re constantly stuck on Auto mode. Portrait modes use smoother skin tones, while Sport modes raise the shutter speed to reduce the amount of motion blur, and night portrait  mode use a more natural lighting effect for shooting indoors.

Fill-in Flash
Even on a sunny day, the flash can be surprisingly useful. If your subject is in the shade with their back to the sun, turn the flash to ON (not auto), half press the shutter with it pointed a bright spot in the foreground and take the picture illuminating your subject with the flash.

See It From My Angle
Even the most basic camera can turn out interesting pictures. If you take a different point of view. Be adventurous. Whether it’s macro close-ups, getting amongst the undergrowth or taking up an aerial vantage point, breaking away from the usual head-high horizontal view can be fruitful.

Online Casino Slots: Good & Evil Slots Game at Luna Casino

Play it good or bad, you win either way by cashing in on the awesome VIP Points when you try the Good & Evil Online Casino Slots at Lunacasino!

Bonuses jump from game to game at Lunacasino—so you have to watch out which online casino game the bonuses latch on.  In this case, it’s on Good & Evil Online Casino Slots where you’ll get thrice more VIP points than what you usually get!

On Good & Evil—theme wise, this is a unique game that doesn’t typically discuss the battle between good and evil—rather, good and evil work together to make a classic game more exciting!  You’d think to avoid the evil side like some classic battle of morals kind of game, but interestingly, the game philosophy is all about the two sides being good.  In practice, all this really means is that you have to get good combinations of all symbols, which mean neither is good or bad for your game.  You just need to get uniform versions of the symbols, as the rule in any slots machine game.  Other symbols abound in the game: cards from a 52 card deck, with high symbols of course being the face cards: Jacks, Queens and Kings and of course, the Ace.

When you check on top of the screen, you’ll see something called the face tube, where it is necessary to collect 10 faces pertaining to specific symbols in the game.  Gain all ten and you win 10 free spins, which allows for a double multiplier for any win you might get within those free spins.

There are two ways you can win the jackpots: either you get 5 Good symbols on a payline, or 5 Evil symbols—consistency is key in this game.  Metaphorically—does it mean you have to be consistently good or evil to win?  Paylines three and five are the ones to watch out for since that’s where the jackpot occurs.

Good & Evil is one of the most interesting games offered in the online casino slots menu of Lunacasino.

And consistent with the kind of quality that Lunacasino tries to deliver to its clients—sporting excellent graphics, crisp sounds and smooth game play—no less than what is expected from the best casino gaming site on the web today.

A Grizzly Bear Eats a GoPro Camera

Thank God for new camera tech! Now we can spend our Sundays watching grizzly bears munch on GoPros left out in the wild.

This is some crazy wild life photography which gives you a front seat view of a bear's molars.

Kinda gross, but sure is a step forward for veterinary dentistry.
